- Warrants were obtained for 31-year-old Tyler Miguel Armistad, who was arrested on Dec. 18 and charged with first-degree sexual abuse and school employee having sexual contact with a student.
- Armistad is being held at the Tuscaloosa County Jail with bond not yet set and to be determined by a judge.
