Overview
- Environment Canada issued a rainfall warning for West Vancouver Island, with heavy downpours near Zeballos and Tahsis expected to ease overnight Sunday.
- High streamflow advisories remain for Vancouver Island and the South Coast, including the Lower Mainland and Sunshine Coast, with rapidly rising rivers, localized flooding, and possible washouts.
- Forecasts call for roughly 40–70 mm across lowlands over four days and up to about 100 mm on west-facing Vancouver Island slopes as a follow-up system moves through Sunday into Monday.
