Overview

  • High Noon issued a voluntary recall on July 29 for two production lots of its Beach Variety 12-packs after discovering mislabeled Celsius Astro Vibe Sparkling Blue Razz cans contained vodka seltzer.
  • The mislabeling stemmed from a shared third-party packaging supplier sending empty Celsius-branded cans to High Noon’s facility, which were then filled with alcohol.
  • Affected products shipped between July 21 and July 23 to distributors and retailers in Florida, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Virginia and Wisconsin.
  • Consumers should check lot codes L CCC 17JL25 (14:00–23:59) and L CCC 18JL25 (00:00–03:00) on 12-packs and L CCB 02JL25 (2:55–3:11) on individual cans, dispose of any impacted items, and contact High Noon Consumer Relations for refunds.
  • No illnesses or adverse events have been reported and High Noon is coordinating with the FDA, retailers, distributors and Celsius to manage the recall and protect consumers.
