• The restaurant opened on August 3 at Fitz Roy 1722 in Palermo Hollywood, offering more than 90 seats plus a private terrace and an open kitchen.
• Founders Francisco Giambirtone and Santiago Lambardi launch the project with partners Diego and Gustavo Batica, with chef Claudio Román directing menu execution.
