Hideo Kojima Provides Development Update on Death Stranding 2 and OD

Kojima Productions to Work on Both Games Simultaneously in 2024, Alongside Other Projects

Hideo Kojima, the creator of the original Death Stranding, has shared an update on the sequel's progress, revealing that 2024 will see the 'simultaneous production' of Death Stranding 2 and the upcoming horror game, OD.
Death Stranding 2 is still undergoing Automated Dialogue Replacement (ADR) work, a post-production process where voice actors record lines to get them in sync with the lip movements of their characters or to improve the recorded audio.
Japanese voiceover recording for Death Stranding 2 will begin in 2024.
Kojima also has other commitments like shooting for OD, collaborating with a high-profile team (referred to as 'the Avengers'), transforming Death Stranding into a movie, and working on additional video productions.
Kojima mentioned plans to revive 'Hide Radio' and to run special programs on 'HideTube,' indicating his desire to engage more with his audience through these platforms.
