• HGTV said it has ordered over 100 episodes for late 2025 and 2026, renewing The Flip Off, Love It or List It, Renovation Aloha and Home Town while adding new series and specials.
• The Flip Off returns in 2026 with the same format pitting Tarek and Heather Rae El Moussa against Christina Haack, which HGTV touts as its highest‑rated freshman series since 2022.
• Ben and Erin Napier will lead Home Town: Inn This Together, restoring Laurel’s 1930 Kress building into a hotel, food venue and storefront, with Home Town also set to return in early 2026.
• New shows include Cheap A$$ Beach Houses from Bodega Pictures arriving in late 2025 and Tropic Like It’s Hot from Leopard USA slated for 2026, alongside Hoarding for the Holidays and White House Christmas 2025.
• HGTV’s September lineup features the premiere of Alison Victoria’s Sin City Rehab on Sept. 17, plus returns for 100 Day Dream Home, Help! I Wrecked My House and Scariest House in America after a summer that saw at least seven cancellations.
