Overview

  • Hexaware acquired 100% of SMC Squared and its related Indian entities through all-cash agreements valued at up to $120 million, including a $45 million upfront payment, $45 million in earnouts and a $30 million performance bonus.
  • The acquisition closed on July 17, 2025 without requiring governmental or regulatory approvals and does not involve any related-party interests.
  • The deal adds approximately 500 GCC professionals across Bengaluru, Hyderabad and the United States to Hexaware’s workforce.
