A single anonymous ticket holder in Hessen claims the second-largest lottery prize in the state's history after Tuesday's Eurojackpot draw.

The winning ticket, purchased in Nordhessen, matched all seven numbers: 3, 12, 22, 28, 47, and Eurozahlen 1 and 12.
The prize of €87,949,627.70 is the second-highest Eurojackpot win recorded in Hessen, just shy of the state's €90 million record from 2021.
The jackpot-winning ticket was submitted anonymously without a customer card, leaving the identity of the winner unknown.
Two additional players in Bayern and Sachsen each won €716,159.60 by matching five numbers and one Eurozahl.
The Eurojackpot is a transnational lottery played across 19 European countries, with a maximum jackpot cap of €120 million.
