Overview

  • The free Steam demo is live with a tutorial plus Classic, Arena, and Single Hero modes drawn from the single-player suite.
  • Players can try four factions—Dungeon, Necropolis, Schism, and Temple—out of six planned for Early Access.
  • The demo has no time limit and currently supports solo play only, with multiplayer planned for the Early Access build.
  • Unfrozen delayed the Early Access release to 2026 to expand testing, refine the UI, and redesign certain units.
  • This marks a second schedule slip from the original Q2 2025 target, with the team inviting feedback via Steam reviews and the Unfrozen Discord.
