• Municipal officers on patrol in colonia Olivares around 10:45 a.m. Saturday spotted an armed man, heard a shot from inside a home and activated Código Rojo for a multi-agency response that included the Navy.
• Agents entered the residence and found two men, ages 22 and 28, with signs of physical abuse; they were taken to a hospital and are reported stable while full evaluations continue.
• Local reports described injuries consistent with torture, including burns and detached nails, while authorities cited evidence of beatings and dehydration.
• Five people were arrested in flagrancia: Manuel Alfredo “N” (45), Néstor Rodolfo “N” (22), Gustavo Agustín “N” (19) and two adolescents aged 16 and 17, who are under investigation for illegal deprivation of liberty, injuries and firearm offenses.
