‘Here’ Set for November Release, Reuniting ‘Forrest Gump’ Team

Sony Pictures announces a three-step platform release for the much-anticipated drama starring Tom Hanks and Robin Wright.

Sony Pictures has announced a November release for ‘Here’, a drama reuniting director Robert Zemeckis with stars Tom Hanks and Robin Wright, 30 years after ‘Forrest Gump’.
The film will premiere in Los Angeles and New York on November 15, followed by a limited release on November 22, and a wide release on November 27.
‘Here’ is based on the innovative graphic novel by Richard McGuire, exploring the human experience across generations in a single location.
Tom Hanks and Robin Wright will be digitally de-aged for the film, using advanced AI technology from Metaphysic.
The project marks another collaboration for Zemeckis, Hanks, and Wright, who have previously worked together on iconic films such as ‘Forrest Gump’, ‘Beowulf’, and ‘A Christmas Carol’.
