  • Vice-presidents Dieter Mayer and Walter Mennekes will also seek re-election alongside Hainer in what is widely regarded as a procedural vote.
  • Since taking office in 2019, Hainer has chaired the FC Bayern München AG Supervisory Board and overseen men’s and women’s Bundesliga titles as well as a basketball championship.
