'Heartstopper' Star Joe Locke to Debut in Broadway's 'Sweeney Todd'

Locke will take on the role of Tobias Ragg, beginning his performances on January 31, 2024.

Joe Locke, known for his role in the Netflix series 'Heartstopper', is set to make his Broadway debut in the revival of 'Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street'.
He will be playing the role of Tobias Ragg, taking over from Daniel Marconi, and will begin his performances on January 31, 2024.
Locke's debut comes ahead of the February 9 debuts of Aaron Tveit and Sutton Foster in the roles of Sweeney Todd and Mrs. Lovett.
Locke made his professional stage debut last year in the Donmar Warehouse’s production of Dawn King’s 'The Trials'.
Next year, Locke will also star in the Disney+/Marvel TV series 'Agatha: Darkhold Diaries'.
