• Both Comirnaty and Spikevax are authorized for people six months of age and older.
• NACI advises two doses this year for those 80 and over, long‑term care residents, and moderately to severely immunocompromised individuals aged six months and up.
• The advisory committee recommends one annual dose for people 65–79, health‑care workers, and others at higher risk of severe illness.
