Overview

• Lox Pratt has been cast as Draco Malfoy, joining Dominic McLaughlin, Arabella Stanton and Alastair Stout as the trio of Harry, Hermione and Ron.
• The supporting ensemble grows with Katherine Parkinson as Molly Weasley, Johnny Flynn as Lucius Malfoy, Leo Earley as Seamus Finnigan and Alessia Leoni as Parvati Patil, among others.
• Veteran actors John Lithgow, Janet McTeer, Nick Frost and Paapa Essiedu will portray Albus Dumbledore, Minerva McGonagall, Rubeus Hagrid and Severus Snape.
• The faithful adaptation is showrun by Francesca Gardiner with J.K. Rowling serving as executive producer and Mark Mylod directing multiple episodes.
• Filming begins this summer at Leavesden Studios under a reported £75 million per episode budget ahead of its 2026 debut.
