• Since HBO Max’s green light, co-creators Chuck Lorre and Bill Prady have joined screenwriter Zak Penn to pen ten episodes for the spinoff.
• Kevin Sussman reprises Stuart Bloom, whose mission to restore reality after breaking Sheldon and Leonard’s device triggers a multiverse Armageddon, according to the official logline.
• In pre-production, the series has added Ryan Cartwright as Kyle, Josh Brener as Trevor and Tommy Walker as Gary in major recurring roles.
• Lauren Lapkus, Brian Posehn and John Ross Bowie will return as Denise, Bert Kibbler and Barry Kripke from The Big Bang Theory.
• A premiere date has not been announced and appearances by original leads Jim Parsons and Johnny Galecki remain unconfirmed.
