Haworth, Jansen Win $50,000 Titles at Inaugural Life Time Open

  • Chris Haworth beat Donald Young 11-6, 11-5, 11-9 in the semifinals, then upset top seed Federico Staksrud 11-8, 7-11, 8-11, 11-1, 11-1 to claim men’s singles.
  • Lea Jansen edged Salome Devidze 11-7, 12-14, 11-4, 8-11, 11-4 and defeated Parris Todd 13-11, 5-11, 12-10, 11-6 to win women’s singles.
