Hawaiian Airlines Suspends HonoluluBoston, Fukuoka and Incheon Routes

Route cuts free aircraft to support high-demand Pacific services under Alaska Air Group’s strategy.

Overview

  • Hawaiian will end nonstop service from Honolulu to Boston and Fukuoka on November 19, 2025 and to Seoul Incheon on November 21, 2025.
  • Passengers booked on the suspended flights can rebook at no charge, receive refunds or travel via partner connections to reach those markets.
  • A330-200s freed by the route cuts will be redeployed to bolster capacity on key routes to Los Angeles, Seattle, Sydney and Papeete.
  • The carrier will launch a new five-weekly nonstop Seattle–Incheon service starting September 12, 2025 to enhance Pacific connectivity.
  • Hawaiian cites soft post-pandemic Asian demand and aims to improve yields by leveraging its integration into Alaska Air Group.
