  • The four-phase implementation will begin with about 46 lakh women below the poverty line earning under ₹1.8 lakh annually, with the poorest under ₹1 lakh receiving priority.
  • Employed women and roughly 8.5 lakh beneficiaries currently receiving social security pensions are set to be excluded from the program.
  • An online portal for beneficiary registration will go live immediately after the official announcement, supported by an initial ₹5,000 crore budget that may be increased.
