- Rohtak police registered an abetment to suicide and criminal conspiracy case in ASI Sandeep Kumar Lathar’s death based on his note and video, naming IAS officer Amneet P Kumar, AAP MLA Amit Rattan, PSO Sushil Kumar and another cop.
