Haryana Local Body Elections Begin Across 33 Municipal Bodies

Polling is underway to elect mayors and ward members in seven municipal corporations and other local bodies, with results set for March 12.

Additional elections are being held for presidents and ward members in four municipal councils and 21 municipal committees across the state.

Strict security measures and logistical arrangements, including 333 reserve polling teams and a ban on liquor sales, have been implemented to ensure smooth and fair voting.
