Overview

• Officials must review all gram panchayat development works every 15 days to ensure on-schedule execution and coverage of eligible beneficiaries.

• Zila Parishads are directed to achieve 100% utilisation of State Finance Commission grants, with Panchayat Samiti monitoring every two months and regular quality checks, including completing Mahila and SC/BC Chaupal repairs within two months.
• Districts must finish pending Swachh Bharat rural waste-shed projects, prepare one Gobar Dhan project each in Faridabad, Gurugram, Jhajjar and Palwal, identify land for Sanjha Bazaars, and expedite Adarsh Gram and Amrit Sarovar works.
