• Eligibility requires a 15-year Haryana domicile for the applicant or, if married, her husband.
• Current pension beneficiaries are excluded except for women with serious illnesses, and additional support is planned for advanced cancer and specified rare diseases.
• An official notification and a mobile app are due within a week, SMS prompts will guide applications, panchayat and ward lists will be posted for objections, and the CM estimates 19–20 lakh women will benefit initially.
