Overview
- One family member of each Haryana resident killed in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots will get employment through HKRN, with eligibility across Level I–III roles, cross-department placement if required, inclusion of dependents of those who died outside the state, and retention up to age 58.
 - A new Abadi Deh ordinance will vest ownership in village residential areas using drone-based surveys and property cards, enabling transfers, leases and mortgages to expand access to bank finance and reduce boundary disputes.
 - The Teachers’ Transfer Policy-2025 removes zoning and allocates schools via an 80-point composite score with age carrying up to 60 points and up to 20 points for special categories, while preserving Mewat cadre boundaries and allowances for postings in Nuh, Hathin and Morni.
 - The Factories (Amendment) Ordinance requires appointment letters for all workers, permits women to work on or near machinery with safety safeguards, raises the overtime cap to 144 hours per quarter, and allows flexible schedules including a five-day week option.
 - The Shops and Commercial Establishments amendment exempts units with fewer than 20 employees, removes criminal provisions, and digitises registration, while a tweak to the voluntary land-purchase policy lets owners or aggregators upload consent directly on the e-Bhoomi portal.
