Haryana BJP Chief and Singer Accused of Gang Rape in Himachal Pradesh

The complainant claims the accused promised her a government job and a role in a music video before assaulting her at a Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation hotel.
The woman alleges the accused forced her to consume alcohol, recorded videos of the assault, and threatened to kill her if she disclosed the incident.
Two months ago, the accused allegedly summoned the woman to Panchkula and attempted to intimidate her with threats of false criminal charges.
Both men have denied the allegations, with Badoli calling them baseless, while police confirm that investigations are ongoing.
