Harvey Weinstein Hospitalized with COVID and Double Pneumonia

The former Hollywood mogul is receiving treatment for multiple health issues while awaiting a retrial on rape charges in New York.

He is being treated for COVID-19, double pneumonia, diabetes, and other conditions.
Weinstein's 2020 rape conviction in New York was overturned in April due to trial errors.
He remains incarcerated due to a 16-year sentence from a separate conviction in California.
Prosecutors plan to charge Weinstein with additional sexual assault allegations.
