Harvard University Sued by Jewish Students Alleging Antisemitism

Students claim university failed to protect them from harassment and intimidation in the wake of heightened tensions following Hamas attack on Israel.

Jewish students at Harvard University have filed a federal lawsuit alleging the school has failed to protect them from antisemitism on campus.
The lawsuit comes in the wake of increased tensions following the Oct. 7 attack on Israel by Hamas terrorists.
The students claim they have been subjected to a hostile environment, intimidation, harassment, and physical assault because they're Jewish.
The lawsuit also alleges a double standard at Harvard, where students and faculty are allowed to advocate 'the murder of Jews and the destruction of Israel' without consequences.
The students are seeking disciplinary action against those responsible for antisemitic discrimination and abuse, and the implementation of institutional, far-reaching and concrete remedial measures.
