Harrods Appoints Advocate for Survivors of Al Fayed Allegations

Dame Jasvinder Sanghera will lead a trauma-informed process for survivors of alleged abuse by the late Mohamed Al Fayed.

Harrods has named Dame Jasvinder Sanghera as an advocate to support survivors of alleged sexual misconduct by former owner Mohamed Al Fayed.
Over 290 individuals are currently engaged in Harrods' claims process, which includes counselling and covering legal fees.
Al Fayed, who passed away in 2023, was accused by more than 20 women of sexual assault in a BBC documentary.
Survivors' group Justice for Harrods Survivors calls for an independent and transparent process to address their needs.
Dame Jasvinder aims to meet with as many survivors as possible, ensuring their experiences are centered in the healing process.
