Overview
- Slow Bros announced Wednesday, October 14, 2026, that Harold Halibut will launch on Nintendo Switch 2 on November 12, 2026.
- The Switch 2 edition is confirmed as a digital download, which means there will be no physical cartridge at launch.
- Harold Halibut first reached PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and PC in April 2024 and is a fully voiced, narrative adventure set aboard a city‑sized ark ship.
- The game’s visuals come from real sets and puppets that were 3D scanned into the game to create a tactile stop‑motion style that Slow Bros emphasizes throughout its marketing.
- Bringing the title to Switch 2 extends the game’s platform reach and could introduce its handcrafted aesthetic to handheld players and collectors who follow console launches.
