Harmonix Ends Rock Band DLC Releases After 16 Years

Previously purchased songs remain playable, with live services continuing as Harmonix shifts focus to Fortnite Festival.

Harmonix is ending Rock Band DLC releases after 16 years and approximately 2,800 songs.
Previously purchased DLC songs will still be playable in Rock Band 4, and live services, including online play, will continue as normal.
Harmonix has been releasing one to three new downloadable Rock Band 4 tracks every week since the game's release over eight years ago.
Harmonix was acquired by Epic Games in 2021 and has been working on 'Fortnite Festival', a rhythm action game within the Fortnite ecosystem.
Support for Rock Band 4 instruments will be coming to Fortnite in the future.
