  • Kohli faces three counts of indecent assault, one sexual assault charge and two breaches of the peace for alleged incidents between 2007 and 2016.
  • Allegations involve three women and span venues including BBC Scotland’s Pacific Quay studios, Glasgow’s Radisson Blu Hotel, the Cross Keys Hotel in Canonbie and Yes Bar.
  • The 56-year-old broadcaster has pleaded not guilty to all charges and lodged a special defence of consent over the Cross Keys Hotel allegation.
