Notre Dame's Maddy Westbeld contributed 23 points and Sonia Citron added 15, while Aaliyah Edwards led UConn with 23 points and 11 rebounds.

Notre Dame trailed by as many as 12 points in the first half, but outscored the Huskies 26-5 to lead 44-35 at halftime.
The game was tied at 60 with just over nine minutes left, but Notre Dame outscored UConn 22-7 in the final stretch.
