Celine Boutier of France finished in second place, just one stroke behind Green, after a strong final round of 6-under 66.
Chanettee Wannasaen of Thailand, who was tied with Green at the turn, finished third with a final round of 68.
This victory places Green alongside Nelly Korda and Lydia Ko as the only players with three or more wins in 2024.
