Overview

• Jeffrey Zizz, 47, has been charged with first-degree murder, kidnapping, and unlawful disposal of human remains in connection with the death of 82-year-old Marcia Norman.
• Norman was last seen on April 1 after dining with Zizz and was reported missing on April 4 by her family.
• Investigators discovered Norman's remains partially encased in concrete beneath a shed built by Zizz at an unrelated property in Olympia; the remains were confirmed by the coroner on April 10.
• Zizz, a convicted child sex offender and former pastor, fled to Montana after her disappearance and was arrested there on April 6 for violating his release terms before being extradited to Washington.
