Hamtramck Council Rallies Behind Harris Against Mayor's Trump Endorsement

Mohammed Hassan, a long-time councilman in Hamtramck, Michigan, organized an event to endorse Vice President Kamala Harris.
The event was a response to Mayor Amer Ghalib's recent endorsement of former President Donald Trump.
Approximately 250 attendees gathered at Radhuni Restaurant in Detroit to support Harris.
Hassan was joined by fellow councilmen Mohammed Alsomiri and Muhith Mahmood, along with other local leaders.
Future events are planned to further engage the Bangladeshi community in support of Harris.
