Hampshire Courts Jail Child Sex Offenders and Violent Attacker in October Sentencings

  • Kieran Bond, 32, received six life sentences for raping a boy and a girl in Eastleigh in 2018, with a minimum of 16 years before parole eligibility.
  • Christopher Dwan, 40, was jailed for 16 years after admitting around 30 sexual offences against girls over a year, including filming himself raping a child, with six victims identified.
  • Former sixth-form teacher Leo Norman, 46, admitted three counts of sexual activity with a child by a person in a position of trust and was jailed for 14 months.
  • Norman was also given a sexual harm prevention order and must sign the sex offenders register for ten years.
  • Kier Tong, 40, was sentenced to five years for assault occasioning actual bodily harm after dragging, stamping on, and beating a woman on Southampton Common.
