Overview

  • HSV vs. St. Pauli kicks off Friday, 29 August at 20:30 CEST and airs live only on Sky and WOW, with no Free-TV broadcast.
  • Local reports say more than 1,000 police will be deployed for the derby with reinforcements, helicopters and water cannon, plus 750 stewards and an in-stadium alcohol ban.
  • Organisers expect large fan marches, with an HSV procession of about 6,000 and a St. Pauli bicycle and scooter tour of roughly 3,000–4,000, as an open-air Cro concert is also scheduled nearby.
  • FC Augsburg vs. FC Bayern starts Saturday, 30 August at 18:30 CEST and will be shown live on Sky and streamed via Sky Go and WOW, with no full Free-TV coverage.
  • In the 2. Bundesliga, Fortuna Düsseldorf vs. Karlsruher SC is set for Saturday at 20:30 CEST and will be broadcast free on RTL-Nitro, with additional coverage on Sky and WOW.
