- The IDF claims that these children are taught anti-Israel and antisemitic ideologies through summer camps and youth programs, and are trained in military tactics such as firing weapons and utilizing Gaza's underground tunnel network.
- According to the IDF, there are at least 170 children actively aiding Hamas terrorists in the war.
- Israeli authorities have previously released an interrogation video showing an alleged captured Hamas commander admitting the terror group uses children to transport explosives in Gaza.
- Reports suggest that children are also sent to battlefields to assess damage and report back to hiding Hamas operatives.
