• The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum opened “Yakyu | Baseball: The Transpacific Exchange of the Game” exhibit on Thursday, featuring artifacts and stories of baseball’s bilateral history since the 1870s.
• Ichiro Suzuki stands at the center of the exhibit, which highlights his 4,367 combined NPB and MLB hits and marks him as the first Japan-born Hall of Famer.
• On Sunday at 1:30 p.m. ET, the Class of 2025—Ichiro Suzuki, CC Sabathia, Billy Wagner and posthumous honorees Dave Parker and Dick Allen—will be enshrined at Cooperstown’s Clark Sports Center.
