Halifax Officer Fires at Car That Accelerated Toward Police, Two Arrested Overnight

  • Around 1 a.m., investigators found the vehicle at a Halifax residence and arrested a man and a woman who had not been struck by gunfire.
  • RCMP are processing the scene and the Serious Incident Response Team is leading the independent investigation, with police asking the public to share tips with RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
