Haley Pullos Seeks Dismissal of Lawsuit Over DUI Crash, Cites Other Driver's Negligence

Haley Pullos, former 'General Hospital' star, has requested the dismissal of a civil lawsuit stemming from a wrong-way crash in Pasadena, blaming the other driver's negligence.
Pullos, 25, was arrested and charged with DUI after the April 2023 incident, which resulted in serious injuries to driver Courtney Wilder.
Legal documents filed by Pullos' attorney claim damages were caused by either the sole negligent and/or intentional conduct of plaintiffs.
Wilder's lawsuit also names Pasadena club No Comment Lounge and the California Department of Transportation as defendants, citing their roles in the events leading to the crash.
Pullos has pleaded not guilty to felony DUI charges and is seeking damages for legal fees and further relief deemed just by the court.
