Overview

  • The new grocery site at FM 3325 and the I-20 Service Road will begin construction in October 2025 with a targeted opening in December 2026.
  • The location borders the 7,200-acre Walsh Ranch master plan, where roughly 1,500 homes stand today and projections call for up to 4,000 homes and 50,000 residents.
  • This will mark H-E-B’s 11th North Texas store since 2022, underscoring its rapid metroplex expansion strategy tied to growing communities.
  • Following its May 2025 debut in Melissa, H-E-B has additional North Texas stores planned in Prosper, Rockwall, Forney, the Mid-Cities, Dallas, Murphy, Irving and Robson Ranch through late 2026.
