H-E-B to Begin Construction on Second Denton Store in Spring 2026

The 119,000-square-foot location will join an inaugural Denton site, making the city one of only two in the Dallas–Fort Worth area with two full-size H-E-B stores.

H-E-B opened its first grocery store in Tarrant County, along Heritage Trace Parkway in Alliance, in April 2024. The grocery store, seen here on Nov. 13, is helping drive more development in far north Fort Worth.
