Overview

  • H-E-B confirmed its next Fort Worth outlet at the corner of FM 3325 and the I-20 Service Road adjacent to the 7,200-acre Walsh Ranch development.
  • Groundbreaking is scheduled for October 2025 with store completion targeted by December 2026.
  • Walsh Ranch currently covers 1,700 developed acres with about 1,500 homes and could expand to 4,000 homes housing up to 50,000 residents.
