Paltrow's 8,000-square-foot Los Angeles mansion, located in Brentwood's Mandeville Canyon, was sold for $22 million to an anonymous buyer.
The home, originally listed for $29.99 million in May 2024, had its price reduced to $24.9 million before the final sale in January 2025.
The property, purchased in 2012 with ex-husband Chris Martin for $9.95 million, features six bedrooms, a guesthouse, a gym, a wine cellar, and a private movie theater.
Paltrow decided to sell the home as her children, Apple (20) and Moses (18), moved out for college, marking a shift in her family dynamic.
The sale follows Paltrow's completion of a new home in Montecito, where she now resides with her husband, Brad Falchuk, and continues to split time between other properties.
