The property includes eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and a guesthouse with a wine cellar and movie theater.
Paltrow purchased the home in 2012 for $9.95 million with ex-husband Chris Martin.
The actress is downsizing as her youngest child, Moses, graduates from high school.
She plans to split her time between homes in Montecito, New York, and possibly another LA property.
