Overview
- Five young men died around 6:00–6:30 a.m. Sunday when a white SUV traveling from Dabra hit a sand-laden tractor near Malwa College on the Gwalior–Jhansi highway.
- The Gwalior victims were identified by police as Kshitij (Prince) Rajawat, Kaushal Bhadoriya, Aditya Pratap Singh Jadaun, Abhimanyu Singh and Shivam Rajpurohit, with bodies sent for post-mortem.

- Late Friday in Lakhimpur Kheri, a speeding car struck a motorcycle, killing Rohit Gupta and Hasib at the scene while Sandip Shukla died en route to hospital; police lodged a case and seized the car.
