Overview
- Approximately 150 patients, visitors and staff were evacuated from the basement and ground floor areas as a precaution
- Nine people were treated for chlorine gas inhalation at the scene and four were hospitalised, including one injured staff member
- London Fire Brigade crews, including two engines, two Fire Rescue Units and a Command Unit with hazmat officers, stood down operations by 11:09 BST
