Guy Fieri Heats Up Instagram with Sauna Selfie, Prepares for Son's Birthday

Food Network star insists on self-sufficiency, won't leave fortune to kids without degrees

Guy Fieri, the Food Network star, shared a shirtless selfie from a sauna after his last workout of 2023, with the sauna's temperature at 176 degrees Fahrenheit.
Fieri's post on Instagram was part of his preparation for his son Ryder's 18th birthday on December 31.
Fieri, along with his wife Lori, also parents Hunter, 27, and has been raising his nephew Jules, 22, since his sister Morgan's death in 2011.
Fieri has previously stated that his children will not inherit his fortune unless they earn two degrees, and has shown his belief in self-sufficiency by making his son Ryder buy his elder brother's old pickup truck for his 17th birthday.
Fieri reportedly signed a new three-year, $100 million deal with the Food Network in November.
