• Crime branch teams intercepted two suspects near Maidawas and Ramgarh in Sohna early Sunday after setting up barricades based on intelligence.
• Police say the duo opened fire first with seven rounds, officers returned four shots, and both men were hit in the legs before being taken to a civil hospital.
• The suspects were identified as Sumit Sharma and Sukhmanjit Singh, known as Ganja, both from Amritsar with multiple cases registered in Punjab.
